Job description for (REMOTE) BUSINESS ANALYST at CÔNG TY TNHH QUESS CORP VIỆT NAM
Overview:
A technology consulting company specializing in Odoo ERP solutions is seeking a Functional Consultant to deliver end-to-end ERP implementations for clients in industries such as wholesale, import/export, distribution, manufacturing, and eCommerce.
The role focuses on analyzing business processes, designing solutions, and implementing Odoo ERP systems across the full project lifecycle — from discovery and solution design to deployment and post-go-live support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead discovery workshops and document AS-IS / TO-BE processes, including fit-gap analysis and solution design
- Configure and customize Odoo modules (Sales, Inventory, Purchasing, Accounting, eCommerce) based on client requirements, following a “native-first” approach
- Develop functional and technical documentation such as integration specs, test cases, and user manuals
- Plan and execute data migration from legacy systems, including validation and reconciliation
- Deliver user training sessions and create role-based training materials and operational guides
- Troubleshoot system issues in both staging and production environments
- Manage assigned project workstreams, ensuring delivery within scope, timeline, and quality standards
- Collaborate closely with developers, technical leads, and client stakeholders (including SMEs)
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM, including a 30-minute break.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in ERP implementation or similar roles (Odoo experience is highly preferred)
- Strong ability to work directly with stakeholders at all levels (from operational staff to management)
- Excellent analytical thinking and structured problem-solving skills
- Proficient in English communication (both written and verbal), especially in client-facing contexts
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related fields
- Experience with data migration, system integration (API, SFTP, EDI), or accounting/inventory processes is a plus
