Job description for Relationship Manager at KeyQuest Mortgage
Relationship Manager
· Work with various lenders to find the best deal for a homebuyer
· Actively promote home loans to customers through alliance and referral by agents and through cold calling
· Act as an intermediary between a lender and a borrower who needs a mortgage loan
· Work independently and take charge of your own time planning, sales visits and presentations to potential customers and progressively build referrals based of your very own through regular contact with your referral sources
· Can work remotely from home using online platforms like Zoom to liaise with associates, banks and clients
Responsibilities:
· To provide excellent client service and to ensure customer satisfaction
· To act promptly on all leads and follow up activities with potential customers
· Serve potentials clients and coordinate with them on documentation for their mortgage loan
· To achieve individual sales target and contribute towards the achievement of company target
To provide professional advice on existing housing loan package based on customer needs
Working hours:
· Monday - Friday; Office hours 9.30am - 6.30pm
· Flexible working hours and working day
· Can work remotely (home-based), temporarily, due to Circuit Breaker situation
Qualification Requirements:
· Candidate must possess at least a Diploma
· Fluent in English and Mandarin
· Excellent customer engagement skills and interpersonal skills
· Minimum 1-2 years of relevant work experience in sales or consumer banking, preferably in mortgage sales
· Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
· Able to start immediately
