Job description for Relationship Manager at PT. Allvamed Nuvacon Adigana
As a Relationship Manager (RM) for Pekanbaru Based, you’ll build and maintain relationships with doctors and hospitals in your assigned region. You’ll capture surgery schedules, update CRM data accurately, and coordinate with Operations to ensure service readiness and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage assigned hospital and doctor accounts, and plan regular visits.
- Capture and input surgery schedules, implant needs, and case details into CRM.
- Coordinate with Operations and Technical Support to ensure service readiness.
- Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and follow up on potential opportunities.
- Support documentation for billing (PO, DO, BAST, contracts).
- Submit daily reports and participate in weekly coordination meetings.
