Job description for Relationship Manager at KeyQuest Mortgage
Relationship Manager
- Actively acquire and prospect new customers and develop and strengthen their relationships with the company in accordance with relevant business goals
- Manage client enquiries and provide expert solutions for mortgage financing
- Plan sales visits and presentations to potential customers and progressively build referrals
- Able to liaise and co-ordinate with different parties to ensure smooth transaction and seamless delivery to clients’ requirements
- Experience in relevant field is a plus, those without are still welcome to apply, training and mentorship program in place
Responsibilities:
- To provide excellent client service and to ensure customer satisfaction
- To act promptly on all leads and follow up activities with potential customers
- Serve potentials clients and coordinate with them on documentation for their mortgage
- To achieve individual sales target and contribute towards the achievement of company target
- To provide professional advice on existing housing loan package based on customer needs
Location: 808 French Road (2-3 minutes away from Lavender MRT station by foot)
Working hours:
- Monday - Friday; Office hours 9.30am - 6.30pm
- Flexible working hours and working day
- Can work remotely (home-based), temporarily, due to Circuit Breaker situation
Salary: $2,500 - $4,000, plus commission
Full commission basis available
Qualification Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma
- Fluent in English and Mandarin
- Excellent customer engagement skills and interpersonal skills
- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant work experience in sales or consumer banking, preferably in mortgage sales
- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
- Good team player who is driven, pro-active with positive attitude and comfortable with a dynamic environment.
- Able to start immediately
