Kami mencari seorang Recruitment Staff yang dinamis dan terorganisir untuk bergabung dengan tim HR kami. Anda akan bertanggung jawab mengelola seluruh siklus rekrutmen, mulai dari mengidentifikasi kebutuhan staf hingga proses onboarding karyawan baru. Fokus utama Anda adalah menemukan bakat terbaik yang tidak hanya memiliki keahlian teknis, tetapi juga selaras dengan budaya perusahaan.

KUALIFIKASI

Pendidikan: Minimal S1 Psikologi, Manajemen SDM, atau bidang terkait.
Pengalaman: Minimal 1-2 tahun pengalaman di bidang rekrutmen (pengalaman di headhunter atau agency menjadi nilai tambah).
Hard Skills:

Memahami teknik wawancara (BEI - Behavioral Event Interview).
Mampu mengoperasikan alat tes psikologi dasar.
Familiar dengan platform rekrutmen seperti LinkedIn Recruiter, Glints, atau Jobstreet.

Soft Skills:

Kemampuan komunikasi dan negosiasi yang baik.
Ketelitian tinggi dalam administrasi.
Mampu bekerja dalam target waktu yang ketat (fast-paced environment).
