Job description for Regional Product Marketing Lead for Glints TalentHub (B2B) at Glints
About this Role
You will be a strategic leader who drives the demand generation for our TalentHub talent offshoring business (B2B).
This role will lead and execute on product marketing strategy and programs that enable Glints to be the preferred talent recruitment partner of companies across Singapore, Hong Kong and other parts of developed Asia.
This role will also build and lead a strong regional team and work closely with product, sales and marketing stakeholders in acquiring, retaining and increasing the LTV of customers, driving market penetration for Glints!

Your day-to-day activities
A. Demand generation
- Drive our inbound lead engine through omni-channel marketing campaigns that includes but not limited to content, event, digital and tele-marketing
- Enable outbound sales development teams (SDR) with the right audience and messaging ammunitions to meet outbound lead generation productivity goals
- Collaborate with brand, communications and talent marketing to drive an aligned strategy for brand awareness amongst targeted communities
- Build customer upsell, retention and advocacy programs such as loyalty, CRM programs for increased LTV and to drive WoM
B. Conversion rate optimization:
- Monitor conversion funnel across various entry and touch points, and relevant leading and lagging business and marketing indicators
- Experiment, analyze and optimize activities for best possible outcomes
- Develop and manage sales promotions, playbook, kits/tools and other sales enabling materials to improve close rates
- Collaborate with various teams (Business, Sales, Data, and Product) in identifying and delivering on levers needed for increased ROI or enable costs-savings while achieving the top-line growth
C. Go-to-market:
Collaborate with Product and Sales teams to:
- Research for insights on the customer user journey and needs for business, market and/or product/service offerings and development opportunities
- Receive/research for competitive insights in markets for the development of a product differentiation strategy
- Define and develop customer segmentations, personas, schemes, messaging and communication strategies to drive product adoption
- Develop and maintain customer feedback loops in conjunction with Product team for new and existing products
E. Team leadership and management:
- Front communication and collaboration across stakeholders for alignments and synergy
- Build and nurture a team of A-player product marketers
- Delegate, motivate and lead team’s day-to-day operations towards operational excellence and goals achievement
- Set and monitor key OKRs and KPIs both at the team level, and at individual level
Qualifications (Must Have)
- 7+ years of relevant working experience, 2+ years of team management experience
- Experience in omni-channel demand generation marketing for business, with passion in data-driven marketing and enabling growth
- Uniquely creative, strategic, and operational
- Proven ability to flex, persist and be resourceful in challenging times, and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Highly motivated and result-oriented, with a positive outlook and a can-do attitude
- Enjoys problem solving and challenging the status quo
- Is authentic, humble and honest, with a flair in communications and stakeholder management to gain buy-ins, support and collaboration from decision-makers and stakeholders
Qualifications (Good To Have)
- B2B marketing experience, SMB and/or Enterprise, in a start-up/entrepreneurship environment
- Experience in working with cross-geographical teams in Southeast Asia
- High-level proficiency in Excel, SQL, and data analytics
- Experience in optimizing unit economics & LTV for business
What this role is NOT: An Individual Contributor role.
