This allows for localized production and efficient distribution to neighboring markets, with the vision to replicate domestic success by establishing a strong, modern distribution network across the ASEAN region.

Job Role:

As the Group enters the Philippines market, it is looking for a strategic sales leader to build the business from the ground up. This role is pivotal in establishing a proven operational model in the Philippines, focusing on channel infrastructure, dealer network development, and the creation of a high-performing local sales team to capture the archipelago's growing consumer demand.

The Regional General Manager of Sales is the primary driver of market entry and expansion in the Philippines. You will be responsible for the full lifecycle of sales operations, from identifying "blank" market opportunities to managing a high-quality distributor network. The role combines strategic planning with hands-on field execution to ensure products achieve maximum outlet penetration and market share.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Market & Distributor Development: Fully cooperate with the Sales Director to identify and develop market distributors across the Philippines. Focus on expanding outlets and improving channel infrastructure to create a "model market" for the brand.
  • Sales Operation Management: Take full ownership of industrial marketing development and sales operation management within the assigned region to drive brand visibility and volume.
  • Team Talent Echelon: Build and structure the regional sales team. Responsible for the end-to-end talent lifecycle, including recruitment, training, performance appraisal, and the continuous development of sales personnel.
  • Channel Optimization: Analyze and optimize the dealer structure within the jurisdiction to build a high-quality, reliable dealer group. Ensure multi-channel construction is completed according to the industrial operation mode.
  • Financial & Expense Management: Execute sales tasks in strict accordance with the company’s marketing expense management regulations. Manage the expense budget to ensure the effective use of marketing investments and maintain strict control over project marketing costs.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing Management, or a related field
  • 8–10 years of experience in Sales and Business Development, including at least 3 years in Regional Sales strategic or high leadership roles
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the large-scale FMCG Food industry, with at least 2 years of sales management experience specifically in the Philippines market
  • Proven ability in market research, channel development, and managing distributor structures
  • Skilled in blank market analysis and the development and expansion of unfamiliar sales channels
  • Native-level Filipino and professional fluency in English
