Regional Business Development Executive - Training
CSRWorks is looking to hire a result-oriented Regional Business Development Executive for our training business.
The incumbent will be responsible for managing all aspects of our sustainability training programs across the region. CSRWorks’ suite of training courses includes both in-person and virtual public training as well as in-house training.
Main Accountabilities
1. Lead, develop and execute the strategy for the firm’s training services
2. Grow its training business by selling and expanding the existing training portfolio
3. Generate leads for increased participation for the existing training products
4. Manage training promotions and campaigns (eDMs, Social Media posts, webinars, roadshows etc.)
5. Consult and design customised learning solutions for clients
6. Evangelise CSRWorks International’s training offerings at company and industry events
7. Develop new training partnerships and collaboration to support the firm’s growth strategy
8. Achieve and exceed key performance indicators for the number of clients trained, revenue generation and other key business metrics
Qualifications and Requirements
1. Bachelors or Diploma in Business Management/Marketing Management/Learning and Development.
2. 3-5 Years of experience in Business Development in corporate training and events
3. Familiar with digital marketing tools/Wordpress/social media/online platforms
4. Experience with designing marketing content and presentations
5. Excellent verbal and written communication
6. Knowledge of Sustainability is an advantage
