Job description for Recuitment Staff at Pt. Ansinda Communication Indonesia
Job Description:
- Sourcing and reaching out to qualified candidates for current open roles.
- Network with potential hires through professional groups on social media.
- Design, distribute, and measure the result of the candidate experience survey.
- Maintain database, track hiring metrics, and build reports on hiring plans.
- Interview candidates for a wide range of roles.
Requirement:
- Holding Bachelor's degree in Psychology, SDM, or related field
- Having 1-3 years handling the recruitment process, expecially in Telecomunication Company
- Have hands-on experience with large job sites.
- Knowledge of sourcing techniques on social media and professional websites.
- Hands-on experience with various selection tools, especially PAPI Kostick, DISC and Competency Behavioral Event Interview, and other psychological tools.
- Fluency in English written and verbally is a must
- Can join ASAP
