Job description for Recruitment Staff at PT. Dharma Karyatama Mulia
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Psychology is required.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment, experience in an outsourcing company is an advantage (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
- Experienced in handling mass hiring for positions such as Operators, Administrative Staff, Driver, Security, Housekeeping and other outsourced
personnel.
- Proficient in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media platforms, internal databases, and job fairs.
- Strong understanding of the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring.
- Knowledge of psychological assessment tools and the ability to administer and interpret psychological tests.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Able to work under recruitment targets and meet manpower fulfillment requirements.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and administrative skills.
