Tugas dan tanggung jawab:

melakukan proses rekrutmen (end to end) untuk mendapatkan telent yang fit sesuai kebutuhn internal dan eksternal perushaan

kualifikasi

S1 management SDM/Psikologi
Berpengalaman melakukan rekrutmen dan mempu menggunakan teknik intervie
terbiasa melakukan end to end recruitmen (menggunakan job portal dan platform rekrutmen)
Komunikatif, Proaktif dan adaptif terhadap perubahan
Passionate untuk menjalin interaksi sosial dan ampu bekerja cepat dalam menangani mass hiring (lebih diutamakan)
