Job description for Recruitment Staff at PT Dwi Tunggal Putra
Requirement :
· Mengidentifikasi kebutuhan karyawan dari tiap-tiap user / manager, merencanakan, mengkoordinir proses seleksi karyawan dengan tujuan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan karyawan sesuai perusahaan / user inginkan.
· Menganalisa kebutuhan rekrutmen dan menginformasikannya kepada Direktur dan/atau manager HR.
· Mengimplementasikan siklus SDM, wawancara, seleksi, negosiasi dan penempatan
· Membuat & mempublikasikan lowongan pekerjaan di berbagai portal
· Melakukan pencarian kandidat untuk membangun jaringan kandidat melalui data, resume database, jejaring sosial, rujukan internal, job portal, dll
· Melakukan proses screening cv agar bisa mendapatkan kandidat yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan
· Menyiapkan dokumentasi terkait hiring
· Menyiapkan report terkait proses dan hasil hiring
Specification :
· Min S1 Psychology
· Min Pengalaman 5 tahun di bidang recruitment
· Pengetahuan tentang proses rekrutmen
· Strong decision making and problem solving skill
· Works comfortably under pressure
· Familiar dan dapat menggunakan MS Office, database management, and internet search
· Bisa mengoperasikan job boards, and HR software, databases, and management systems
· Kemampuan untuk melakukan berbagai jenis wawancara (mis. telepon, video, dll)
· Memahami teknik seleksi dan/atau wawancara yang baik, negosiasi salary
· Memahami alat test psikologi
