Job Description
- We welcome undergraduates and fresh graduates
- Hands-on experience with the selection process (video/phone interviewing etc.)
- Source and recruit through databases and job portals by screening resumes and job applications to filter out candidates
- Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
- Build rapport and establish good relationships with potential candidates to act as a point of contact
- Willing to learn, be open-minded and self-motivated
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Requirements
- At least a full certificate in GCE ‘A’ Level, International Baccalaureate Diploma qualification, Diploma awarded by a polytechnic in Singapore or equivalent.
- Singaporean/PR (able to speak Chinese)
- 20 and above (students are welcomed)
