Job description for Recruitment Officer (Part-Time) at Farah Bahajaj & Associates
Responsibilities
· Recruitment and selection process, posting of advertisements online, shortlisting and arranging of interviews.
· Maintain and ensure proper documentation of employee database and personnel files.
· Good knowledge of financial/wealth/risk management to provide advices to candidates, and making sure expectation are aligned.
· Sourcing and working with external platform to increase recruitment target.
· Handling of all administrative and ad hoc duties given by manager.
Requirements
· Applicants must possess at least GCE ‘A’ Levels or Diploma and above in any field or equivalent
· Proficient in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint and Excel)
· Excellent inter-personal, oral and written communication, and presentation skills
· Able to work independently and result-oriented
· Some working experience is preferred, but candidates with no prior experience or students currently pursuing Degree are welcome to apply.
