JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Conduct candidate searches through job portals, job fairs, references, and databases
2. Running the recruitment process
3. Develop a candidate search strategy
4. Make job postings in accordance with the qualifications that are needed by the company
5. Have high creativity & initiative in finding sources of candidate search,
6. Make periodic summary reports (weekly and also monthly).
REQUIREMENTS:
1. Mastering MS Office (word, excel, power point, and e-mail)
2. Have strong analytical power, detail and good communication skills
3. Thorough, able to work quickly, and have high initiative
4. Proactive, assertive, disciplined and able to work individually or in a team.
5. Have a Driver License and Motorcycle
6. Have a laptop is a plus.
