We are opening for a Recruiter role at our Taiwan office who wants to gain valuable experience and exposure in a hyper-growth environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for executing our talent acquisition strategies and initiatives, and for bringing rockstar candidates on board the team. In addition to executing your assigned roles, you will also be responsible for managing the recruiting pipeline for the company, working closely with senior business leaders.
As a key member of our team, your responsibilities include:
1. Manage Talent Acquisition process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offering process coordination
2. Network and source candidates through multiple recruitment channels, including LinkedIn
3. Responsible for all the recruitment activities across all levels, including Campus Recruiting
4. Developing and executing tactical sourcing strategies aimed at generating candidate flow that meets diversity and overall recruiting goals
5. Work closely with the business leaders to consult on recruiting strategy and influence hiring practices 6. Enhance employer branding through participation in careers fairs and marketing activities on social networks
1. 2+ years of previous experience in a similar role.
2. Being Familiar with RD recruiting experience is a plus.
3. Proven ability to both think strategically and execute plans
4. Strong communication and influencing skills
5. Able to understand business requirements and frame these requirements in such a way that technical and operational solutions can be developed for the highest impact.
