Job description for Recruiter (Contract-based) at Skintific Cosmetics Ltd
- Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs
- Determine selection criteria
- Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks)
- Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews
- Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements
- Lead and execute employer branding initiatives
- Responsible for ad-hoc related to HR functions
- Minimum 2-years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Employer Branding and/or other HR functions
- Fluent in English, both oral and written is a must
- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant major
- Familiarity with using job portals or recruitment tools across the channel
- Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations
- Able to join ASAP
- Willing to do WFO policy
