Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist guests and clients visiting the office in a friendly and professional manner
- Handle incoming phone calls, relay messages, and provide necessary information accurately
- Support administrative duties such as filing, typing, and handling correspondence
- Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times
- Assist with other tasks assigned by management as required
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of working experience as a Receptionist or in a similar role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with people from diverse backgrounds
- Able to work efficiently with strong attention to detail
- Proficient in computer operations, including Microsoft Office applications
- Professional, neat, and well-groomed appearance
- Friendly, energetic personality with a strong customer service orientation
