Job description for Quantity Surveyor at Successor Builders Pte Ltd
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist in preparing tender and contract documents
- Support cost estimates, quotations and progress claims
- Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors
- Assist in monitoring project budgets and variations
- Provide administrative support for projects
REQUIREMENTS:
- Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building, Construction Management or a related field
- Experience is an advantage but not required; fresh graduates are welcome
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Currently based in Singapore or Malaysia and able to commence work in Singapore without relocation assistance
- Work pass eligibility is subject to the company's prevailing quota and MOM requirements
