Job description for Quality Management System Engineer at Simpson Strong-Tie Vietnam Company Limited
MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC
1. Quality Management System Coordinator (40%)
- Monitor the quality tracking system to ensure its effectiveness and match with the latest version
- Coordinate and prepare the Management Review Meeting and report KPI across all department accordingly to schedule.
- Conduct follow up audits / checks to monitor non-conformities and ensure other actions are completed
- Organize and maintain the internal audit system and corrective action reporting system.
- Conduct Quality systems audits and assist in training /guidance to internal auditors
- Perform any other duties assigned by superior from time to time.
2. Document Management System Coordinator (30%)
- Manage branch documentation system to ensure the compliance with ISO Requirement
- Develop and be administrate of Quality & Lean Home Page
- Develop and manage Quality & Lean training courses in the Company Learning Management System
- Work closely with all departments in developing documentation for the continuous improvement programs, new operating procedures, work instructions.
3. Lean - Continuous Improvement Activities (20%)
- Be coordinator for COQ (Cost of Quality) group and support the members to fulfill their roles
- Assist lean activities and lean process:
- Build and maintain the continuous improvement program via Kaizen.
- Conduct lean assessment and cultural review and develops an action plan to address opportunities for improvement.
- Data gathering and analysis to handle supporting in management review.
4. Training & Development (10%)
- Assist to implement training programs to improve the ISO awareness and the continuous improvement mindset.
- Assist to executive of all required quality & lean management training for all branch employees.
YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC
- Bachelor’s Degree in Quality Management, Business Management, Engineering, Science or related fields
- Minimum of 3 years working experience in Quality Management System and managing Document Control.
- Preferably with strong knowledge of ISO 9001:2015.
- Certificate in Lead Auditor for ISO 9001:2015 is preferred
- Have experience in using a online audit platform used for Quality Management System
- Certificate in Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt or Green Belt training preferred.
- Hands-on experience in internal audit, developing procedures, instructions, training materials and conducting training/coaching for team members
- Ability to work collaboratively with employees within the department and across functions.
- Be able to perform effective teamwork and good problem- solving skill.
- Acknowledge data analysis or SPC tools
- Be patient in paperwork
- Active Listening: The ability to give full attention to what other people are saying, take time to understand the discussed points, ask questions as appropriate, and not interrupting at inappropriate times.
- Critical Thinking: The ability to use logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems.
- Monitoring skill: the abMonitoring skilility to monitor/assess your own performance and others’ to make improvements or take corrective action.
