Job description for QUALITY ASSURANCE (QA) at PT Pasti Makmur Abadi

WE'RE HIRING: MEDIOR FEMALE QUALITY ASSURANCE (QA) (MANUAL)

📍 Location: Puri – Jakarta

🕐 Work Type: Onsite

📅 Experience: Min 2,5 years

Scope of Work

Key Responsibilities

- Understand BRD and Solution Design documents

- Develop test scenarios and test plans

- Prepare testing documentation and reports

- Ensure system quality and functionality align with BRD and Solution Design

- Conduct root cause analysis of errors or bugs to support accurate and effective fixes

General Qualifications

- Female (NON HIJAB)

- Minimum 2 years of experience in Quality Assurance

- High commitment to achieving quality results

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills

- Strong analytical thinking (strategic, business, and technical)

- Open-minded, critical, proactive, and solution-oriented

Technical Qualifications

Good understanding of Project Management principles

Familiar with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Query database SQL
