Job Description:
We are looking for a Quality Assurance Trainee Engineer to join our team. As a Quality Assurance Trainee Engineer, you will be responsible to assist in the implementation of quality coordination and testing, as well as suggesting solutions to identified quality problems.
At the same time, you would also be responsible to plan and execute the timely and successful implementation of all projects assigned in a professional manner.
Job Responsibilities:
As a Quality Assurance Trainee Engineer, you will be tasked to:
- Test current products and identifying deficiencies
- Suggest solutions to identified product problems
- Investigate product quality in order to make improvements to achieve better customer satisfaction
- Plan, create and manage the overall Quality Planning strategy
- Collaborate with the Product Development team to ensure consistent project execution
- Identify quality assurance process bottleneck and suggest actions for improvement
- Oversee continuous improvement projects
- Collect quality data and identify key KPIs for product quality
- Prepare and generate project proposals, test reports and summary reports upon completion of project
- Prepare and present reports and metrics to Senior Management
- Perform additional ad-hoc duties which may be assigned from time to time by superior
Job Requirements:
- Diploma in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent
- Working or internship experience in the use of computer language such as C/C++/Go/Python/Java, familiar with data structures, and excellent skills in creating scripts for software and hardware testing
- Proactive attitude with the desire to learn new skills, and a problem-solving mindset
- Fast learner and passionate about Artificial Intelligence industry and technology
- Priority will be given to those who are familiar with testing of smart devices and mobile applications.
- Fresh graduates from polytechnics or individuals looking for career conversion may apply
