Requirements:
- S2 Psikologi atau relevan
- Berpengalaman di bidang riset kualitatif minimal 2 tahun
- Berpengalaman mengolah riset dan data secara sistematis
- Berpengalaman dalam penelitian kualitatif dan pernah mempublikasikan minimal 1 jurnal
- Memiliki pemahaman yang kuat tentang metode kualitatif
- Memiliki kemampuan kepenulisan ilmiah
- Mampu melakukan observasi dan wawancara mendalam
- Mampu membuat analisis dan coding data, laporan, serta abstraksi hasil penelitian
