Job Description
- responsible to ensure that the requirement of MS ISO 9001:2015 are implemented and maintained
- responsible for all quality issues of the company
- responsible to prepare relevant standard operating procedures and work instructions
- responsible to conduct internal quality audits and process audits
- identify and record any product quality problems during verification activities
- to verify the implementation and solutions to the quality problem
- control further processing, delivery or installation of non-confirming product until the deficiency or unsatisfactory condition has been corrected
- to train and maintain training record for all staff on activities affecting product quality
- control and maintain the calibration system to ensure all measuring and testing instrument are calibrated, Document Control, MDR, Etc
Requirement
- Bachelor Degree in Metallurgy background
- Knowledge ISO 9001:2015 and knowledge in API in an Adventage
- 3-5 years minimum experience in oil and gas field or manufacturing
- good interpersonal and communication skills
- able to speak and write in english
