QC Agent
Working Location: 1 Buroh Crescent
Working Schedule: 5 Days - (4 weekdays and Saturday)；8am - 5.30pm
Company Bus Lakeside MRT
Basic Salary: $2,620/month; after 3 months $2,650/month
Annual Leave: 7 days
Medical Leave: 14 Days
Job Description:
• Check the condition of the returned products and confirm if they meet the return criteria.
• Assess whether the reason for the return is valid (need to have a strong logical judgement).
• After reviewing the item and reason, record whether the return is accepted or rejected, along with the justification.
• Handle different QC categories (Depending on the outcome of the inspection and decision, classify the items as usable, unusable, or in other relevant).
• Use basic IT (System) skills for documention.
• Read and understand QC guidelines to ensure accurate inspections.
Requirement:
- PC literate
- Basic IT proficiency - Data entry, MS office, WMS
- Strong analytical skills and attention to details.
- Ability to work efficiently and follow QC procedures.
- Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
