Job description for Purchasing at Sakha Coffee Roastery

Mengelola proses pengadaan barang dan bahan baku sesuai kebutuhan operasional.
Melakukan pengecekan stok serta memastikan ketersediaan barang.
Berkoordinasi dengan vendor terkait pembelian, negosiasi harga, dan pengiriman.
Memantau proses penerimaan, retur, serta kualitas barang yang diterima.
Mengelola administrasi pembelian, seperti Purchase Order (PO), invoice, dan data vendor.
Berkoordinasi dengan Warehouse dan Finance untuk kelancaran proses pengadaan.
Menyusun laporan pembelian dan melakukan analisis kebutuhan stok guna mendukung efisiensi operasional.

Kualifikasi
Pengalaman minimal 1 tahun di bidang purchasing/procurement menjadi nilai tambah
Memahami proses purchasing, pengadaan barang, dan administrasi pembelian.
Memiliki kemampuan negosiasi, komunikasi, dan koordinasi yang baik dengan vendor.
Mampu melakukan analisis kebutuhan stok dan perencanaan pembelian.
Menguasai Microsoft Office/Google Workspace untuk pengolahan data dan laporan.
Teliti, rapi, memiliki kemampuan problem solving
