Job description for Purchasing Staff at PT. BOGA PRIMA DIDAYA
- Perform activities of Purchasing Functions with responsibility for obtaining material competitive prices & satisfactory quality levels through selection of quality Vendors.
- Analyzing suppliers and vendor to supply goods & warehouse materials.
- Coordinates with suppliers and vendor to make sure quantity, quality and delivery time of purchase order
- Maintaining and updating the data base of qualified suppliers
- Evaluating and confirming the new suppliers application
- Negotiate or renegotiate and administer contracts with vendors/ suppliers.
- Develop purchasing strategy
- F&B, Retail or hospitality industry background will be prior
- Candicate must possess at least bachelor degree in business/administration/accounting/hospitality management or equivalent
- experience in ERP System
- Required Skill Negotiation, price comparison, product knowledge
- Strong analytical and strategic mindset
- Accurate and precise attention to detail
- Able to work under pressure
- Solid communication, Problem solving and research skills
