Job description for Purchasing Staff at ETM Metal Grup
- Mencari dan menganalisa calon supplier yang sesuai dengan material dan aset yang dibutuhkan
- Melakukan negosiasi harga dan memastikan tanggal pengiriman material dan aset
- Melakukan koordinasi dengan pihak supplier mengenai kelengkapan dokumen
- Bekerjasama dengan department terkait untuk memastikan kelancaran operasional perusahaan
- Membuat laporan pembelian barang
- Bersedia melakukan pembelian dilapangan / keluar kantor
- Membuat laporan pembelian & pengeluaran barang ( inventory,material, dll)
Persyaratan:
- Minimal SMK atau Diploma (D3) (semua jurusan).
- Umur maksimal 35 tahun
- Memiliki pengalaman minimal 1 tahun dibagian pembelian/export&import/procurement.
- Memiliki pengalaman pembelian barang seperti Almunium Ingot, Coal, Polymer Sector, dan Paper Industry dll menjadi nilai tambah
- Menguasai bahasa inggris lisan maupun tulisan
- Mampu mengoperasikan Ms Office dengan baik
- Mampu bekerja dibawah tekanan
- Memiliki keterampilan negosiasi dalam pembelian, jujur, teliti
- Bersedia keluar kota/negeri kurang lebih 1 minggu jika dibutuhkan
- Telah melakukan vaksinasi minimal dosis 1
- Bersedia ditempatkan di Kuningan-Jakarta ataupun Alam Sutera - Tangerang
