Job description for Purchasing Staff at Tomaple Gourmet Potato Donuts
- Candidate must have own Motorcycle and a license
- Diploma or Bachelor degree from any major, preferably Management. Fresh graduates are welcome
- 1 year of work experience as a buyer/purchasing staff is preferable
- Good in negotiation skill and communication skill
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work in a team, good attitude, trustworthy and integrity is a must
- Able to in be charge on handling day to day operational purchasing, including but not limited to create a Purchase Request (PR) to issuing a Purchase Order (PO)
- Gauge and manage inventory level needs, manage the timely placement of purchase orders to achieve purchasing fulfilment targets and availability targets
- Evaluating suppliers by considering price, quality, availability and other criteria
- Negotiating contracts with vendors and suppliers to obtain the best deals and credit of payment on behalf of the company
- Authorizing payments and maintain receipts, records and inventories
- Conducting ongoing market research to identify beneficial purchase agreements and potential vendors
- Ensure invoice from the supplier matches goods received
- Creating invoices, report purchase order / work order report
- Compile list of purchases of goods / services needed by all members of the company as well as categorize them by; monthly purchases & one-time
- Assisting in tidying up and carrying the purchased items
