Job description for PURCHASING STAFF at Magran Group

Qualifications:
Usia maks 40 tahun
Pendidikan minimal S1 semua jurusan.
Berpengalaman sebagai purchasing atau procurement staff selama 1 tahun.
Pemahaman yang baik tentang sistem order dan pembelian barang.
Memahami standar alur PO hingga barang diterima.
Mampu mengoperasikan Ms. Excel (Hlookup, Vlookup, Mail Merge-excess data) dan SAP.
Mampu bernegosiasi dan mengakuisisi vendor atau pemasok (suppliers).
Teliti, Analis dan Detail.
Fasih berbahasa Inggris.

Deskripsi Pekerjaan;
Menyusun list pembelian  dan list vendo barang atau jasa yang dibutuhkan
Mengkategorikan list pembelian antara pembelian barang bulanan dan sekali beli
Meminta approval pembelian kepada pimpinan perusahaan atau bagian keuangan untuk anggaran biaya
Menghubungi supplier dan vendor untuk mendapatkan quotation atau penawaran harga
Menganalisa penawaran (harga, fitur, servis dan lain lain).
Melakukan negosiasi harga, fitur, servis, waktu, yang diperoleh dari supplier.
Membuat dokumen pemesanan atau purchase order (PO).
Melacak dan memastikan pengiriman atau eksekusi pengerjaan logistik barang dari supplier berjalan dengan baik
Pengecekan kualitas barang atau jasa sesuai dengan kontrak penjualan
Melakukan dan merekap dokumentasi untuk dokumen-dokumen pembelian
