Job description for Purchasing Officer at eVantage HR Pte Ltd
Job Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Purchasing Officer to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in managing procurement processes, liaising with local and international suppliers, and ensuring smooth and timely deliveries to our valued clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Liaise with local and overseas suppliers to manage purchasing activities and ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Monitor and follow up on accounts payable, ensuring invoices are processed accurately and on time.
- Track shipment dates to ensure prompt delivery to customers, maintaining high satisfaction levels.
- Provide support to the boss and sales team in purchasing-related tasks and administrative duties.
- Maintain accounting records and manage document filing systems to ensure accurate record-keeping.
- Assist in general office management, supporting other administrative roles as needed.
- Handle other administrative responsibilities as required.
Requirements:
- Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking Mandarin and English.
- Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with suppliers and internal teams.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
- Prior experience in purchasing, procurement, or administrative roles is a plus.
- Ability to work independently while being a team player.
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
