Job description for Purchasing Manager at PT Jaya Teknik Indonesia
Requirements:
- Minimum bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering/Electrical Engineering, but possess master degree in Supply Chain is preferable
- Have 8-10 years experiences in managerial level, especially in purchasing, procurement, or warehousing
- Minimum 35 years old
- Advanced in RAP construction project in mechanical engineering
- Strong understanding of the market condition and trend
- Have a good knowledge of negoitation techniques in the industry
- Positive thinking and good logical thinking
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Have quantitative and analytical skills with excellent documentation and oral communication skills
- Good understanding of import process of electrical and mechanical materials and equipment
- Strong interpersonal skills in order to work in diverse, dynamic, and fast-paced environment
- Have computer skills, including Ms. Office and ERP system
- Good Knowledge of business and management principles
- Good Knowledge of raw materials, quality control, cost efficiency, and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacturing and distribution of goods
- Have knowledge of service quality standards and ability to evaluate performance appraisal of vendor
