Job description for PUBLIC SPEAKER / TRAINER FOR LIVE STREAM HOSTS at MOMELCA

Requirements:

Kualifikasi Utama (Must-Have):

Minimal 2 tahun pengalaman di bidang Live Commerce, Live Streaming Host, Communication Training, Public Speaking Coaching, atau Talent Development.
Memiliki keterampilan komunikasi yang luar biasa serta pendekatan coaching yang kuat, interaktif, dan mampu memberikan constructive feedback secara efektif.
Memahami dengan baik communication flow, teknik audience engagement, dan dinamika interaksi dengan penonton di platform Live Streaming.

Karakter & Etos Kerja:

Memiliki kepribadian yang positif, suportif, dan adaptif (not too corporate/rigid).
Berorientasi pada praktik (practical & hands-on approach).
Memiliki growth mindset dan passion yang tinggi untuk mengembangkan potensi orang lain.

Nilai Tambah (Nice-to-Have):

Memiliki pengalaman dalam melatih Live Host, Content Creator, atau Sales/Commercial Team.
Menguasai teknik persuasive communication dan emotional selling dalam dunia penjualan.
Pengalaman dalam menyusun dan merancang modul pelatihan.
Familiar dengan sistem TikTok Live / Shopee Live serta memahami indikator performa (KPI Live Commerce) seperti GMV, Retention Rate, Conversion Rate, dan Engagement Rate.

SYARAT TAMBAHAN (Wajib Dilampirkan):

Wajib melampirkan video perkenalan diri singkat (durasi 1-2 menit) atau video portofolio saat sedang berbicara di depan umum/saat sedang nge-host/mengajar.
