Job description
MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC
- Liaising with client and reporting progress, professional staff
- Meeting with sub contractors
- Making safety inspection and ensuring construction and site safety
- Checking and preparing site report, design and drawings
- Maintaining quality control procedures
- Reviewing and approving the hard and soft material submission.
- Reviewing the CoCQ for every material submission.
- Reviewing test and commissioning of the material submission.
- Supervising following building international standard (NFPA, ASTM, BSI, BS, DIN, ISO, DS, EN, JIS) and local standard (TCVN).
- Leading of internal supervision and official inspection with contractor.
- Following up progress on the site base on master planning schedule.
- Preparing site daily and weekly report.
- Reviewing the as build drawing.
- Checking the quantity, variation and cost adjustment on the site.
- Collecting all defect record during hand over time.
- Following up rectification work during hand over.
- Control the site budget.
YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC
- Bachelor Degree with Mechanical, Electrical, Refrigeration, Construction or relevant
- Knowledge in Food Processing Equipment Technology.
- Knowledge in MEP Design, Supervising and Construction.
- Knowledge in Project Management.
- Have more experience in design the Mechanical & Piping, MEP& Structural System.
- Software Using Skill: Professional level in design and management by: MS Project Professional., Autocad 2D/3D, Revit, Solidworks
- Teamwork skill
- Management skill.
- Communication skill.
- Analytical skills in problem solving.
- English is prefer
