🎯 Job Scope

• Prepare cost estimation, quotation & BOQ

• Handle tendering, sourcing & price comparison

• Monitor project cost, VO & budget control

• Manage contracts, claims & final accounts

• Liaise with design, project & site team

🎯 Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in QS / Construction or related

• 2–5 years QS experience (interior fit-out preferred)

• Good in costing, tender & contract handling

• Proficient in Excel & drawings interpretation

• Responsible, detail-oriented & good coordination skills
