Job description
We are looking for Project Manager to provide support to 4 main components at the Hi App project:
- Lead the Development Team to design and develop a line of products in a timely and efficient manner as requested by the management team
- Lead discovery and brainstorming of the Development Team to establish work plans and deliverables of products with utmost quality assurance
- Monitor progress in design, development, and testing of products
- Lead the Development Team in presenting progress reports and deliverables to Management Team and Principal Investor(s)
Responsibilities:
- Establish and implement training processes and strategies for all technical personnel
- Analyze, plan and develop requirements and standards in reference to scheduled projects
- Assist in the design and drafting of the various operational and technical aspects related to project’s deliverables
- Assign and oversee the daily tasks of the development team while ensuring all each team members are actively working toward established milestones
- Hold regular technical team meetings to determine progress and address any questions or challenges regarding projects
- Determine and define clear deliverables, roles and responsibilities for staff members required for specific projects or initiatives
- Research and evaluate hardware and software technology options and weigh the cost/benefit analysis when making large purchases on behalf of the company
- Recruit and train exceptional team members to fulfill posted positions within the development team
- Update and maintain all production technologies and assets, ensuring proper maintenance and installation
- Prepare, check, and implement the monitoring and evaluation of the development process against work plans and log frame.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of Bachelor (preferably Master) degree in Informatics Engineering or related field
- Minimum 10 years of experience in software development and project management
- Excellent leadership in high-level collaborative environment and promoting a teamwork mentality
