Job description for Project Manager at TokoTalk
- Manage projects in various areas from planning, implementing, establishing and monitoring success metrics, and follow-up. This includes ensuring timely completion of projects.
- Conduct market research based on certain specific inquiries and prepare written reports on the same.
- Calculate impact sizing of new business models before incubation - this includes profit projection from proposed features, to help identify prioritization.
- Refine existing products by the company and define clear strategies to help the same products perform better in the market.
- Come up with unique ideas to improve business processes, or propose alternative tools or methods to support work efficiency and effectiveness. This includes giving recommendations to improve any aspect within the company, from marketing to procurement.
- In incubating ideas, reviewing recommendations given by all members of the staff to identify the most relevant strategy to achieve the expected results.
- Support the monitoring of OKRs, and recommend areas that need improvement or possible changes to achieve the targets.
- Supporting teams in integrating and adopting new solutions.
- Provide additional support when the workload is heavy to ensure that none of the teams are short on staffing when needed.
- Ensuring alignment between the Jakarta and South Korea offices on company growth strategies.
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in management, business, or a related field. A degree in economics is preferred, as some project planning will include impact sizing and profitability assessment.
- 5 to 10 years of work experience in any field.
- Strong Project Management skills.
- High sociability is a must, as the role will work closely within multiple teams.
- A willingness to see problems as opportunities, and manage issues with a solution-minded approach.
- Displays a good degree of systems thinking, with an understanding on business impact and market opportunities, with an appetite to learn the competitors landscape.
- Curious, eager to learn, and strives to go the extra mile.
- Excellent communication skills and a proper command of the language necessary to convey your ideas.
- Attention to detail and solid organizational skills, familiarity with a team’s functioning, and a respect for the hierarchy structures.
- The respect for deadlines and the desire for keeping the high work quality.
