Project Management Responsibilities & Qualifications Summary
This role is responsible for managing the entire project lifecycle — from early site studies and planning through design, budgeting, procurement, construction, and final delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate preliminary studies such as topographic surveys, soil investigations, and site assessments.
Plan project scope, schedule, execution strategy, milestones, budget, and resource requirements.
Manage the design process by coordinating architects, engineers, and drafters to ensure complete and buildable designs.
Oversee cost estimation, BOQ preparation, and budget control to maintain financial alignment.
Handle procurement activities, including tendering, contractor evaluation, and contract coordination.
Supervise construction execution to ensure compliance with approved designs, scope, schedule, and quality standards.
Monitor project performance in terms of time, cost, scope, quality, and risk, and implement corrective actions when necessary.
Manage project risks, issues, and mitigation strategies throughout all project phases.
Act as the central coordination point among architects, engineers, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.
Proven experience in project management for construction or property development projects.
Strong knowledge of project planning, budgeting, procurement, and construction execution.
Ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams and manage multiple stakeholders effectively.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in project management and reporting tools.
Good English communication skills, both written and spoken.
Ability to work under deadlines and manage project risks proactively.
Currently based in Lombok or willing to relocate to Lombok.
