Job description for Project Manager at ANOTECH Singapore
As a Project Manager, you will be managing the production of the required deliverables, planning and monitoring the project. Adopting any delegation and use of project assurance roles within agreed reporting structures. Preparing and maintaining project, stage and exception plans as required.
Responsibilities:
• Support in driving mainly projects in a medium complex environment (mainly in 1-2 countries/design locations)
• Support in translating the objectives into operational action plans, organize and schedule the project with identified resources
• Drive the project team for finding the best solutions for mastering customer needs, business, time, quality, budget and cost.
• Assess and manage the risks related to the project, propose alternative solutions, contain the possible consequences and focus upon priorities and key issues
• Achieve quality objectives and marketing requirements
• Write and present clear & concise project reports for giving visibility and allowing decision in short time frame
• Take into account the financial dimension in all business matters
Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
• Completed position-relevant studies at a college/university or equivalent vocational training with appropriate additional qualifications.
• Experience in Project Management: minimum of 3 years
• Leadership: Lead and motivate the team to achieve the project goals.
• Be able to create a positive spirit in the team. Motivation is a key point
• Requires general business knowledge to plan, organize and control resources, procedures and timing for an administrative or business process including:
• Organizing project teams, assigning individual responsibilities, developing project schedules, and determining resource requirements
• Monitoring and reporting on the status of projects including cost, timing, quality and staffing
• Ensuring adherence to internal and external quality standards (eg. International Standards Organization)
• Identifying/resolving obstacles to completing project on time and to budget
• May include work managing multiple interrelated projects
• Great communication and interpersonal skills
