1. Lead the Development Team to design and develop in a timely and efficient manner as requested by the consultant or product owner.
2. Lead the discovery and brainstorming with the Development Team to establish work plans and deliverables of products with utmost quality assurance include wireframe, basic mockup, and UML.
3. Monitor progress in design, development, testing of products, and documentation of work.
4. Lead the problem solving with the Development Team if any issues happen.
5. Lead the Development Team in presenting progress reports and deliverables to Management Team and Principal Investor(s).
6. Provide reports, User Acceptance Test, and project documentation for Management Team.
1. Establish and implement training processes and strategies for all technical personnel.
2. Analyze, design, plan, and develop requirements and standards for scheduled projects.
3. Assist in the design and drafting of the various operational and technical aspects related to the project’s deliverables.
4. Assign and oversee the daily tasks of the Development Team.
5. Ensuring all team members are actively working toward established milestones.
6. Hold regular technical team meetings to determine progress and address any questions or challenges regarding projects.
7. Determine and define clear deliverables, roles, and responsibilities for staff members required for specific projects or initiatives
8. Research and evaluate hardware and software technology options and weigh the cost/benefit analysis when making large purchases on behalf of the company.
9. Recruit and train exceptional team members to fulfill posted positions within the development team.
10. Update and maintain all production technologies and assets, ensuring proper maintenance and installation.
11. Prepare, check, and implement the monitoring and evaluation of the development process against work plans.
12. Address any obstacles that may happen and remove the problem as fast as possible.
13. Provide reports, User Acceptance Test, and project documentation and send it to Management Team.
1. A minimum of bachelor’s degree in informatics engineering or related field.
2. Minimum one year of experience in software development and project management.
3. Excellent leadership in a high-level collaborative environment and promoting a teamwork mentality.
4. Able to withstand the pressure from clients, consultants, and teammates and be able to say ‘NO’ to them.
6. Tech savvy-ness is a huge plus.
7. Native English speaker is a plus.
