Job description for Project Manager: Content (Hybrid) at Indonesia Crypto Network
We are looking for a Project Manager for Content to coordinate our content creator team and be responsible to manage the operations and growth of the division.

You must be an experienced content creator and or social media expert with strong project management skills. Our ideal candidate is someone who has a true growth mindset and is ready to proactively grow. If you have high expectations of yourself to grow and work in a team this is the perfect role for you. Responsibilities:
- Focus on growth plans for the division – present and future;
- Partner cross-functionally with internal teams to implement and drive measurable business results;
- Identify, build and execute media/content strategies on high-value segments focused
- Identify high performing channels to drive incremental user growth and brand awareness;
Your Personal Skills:
- Project & stakeholder management skills
- Collaborative attitude with teams and adapting to changing priorities
- Basic knowledge about cryptocurrency & blockchain or investing in general
- A committed and responsible personality is a must
- Growth mindset with a strong can do attitude
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
Your Technical Skills:
- Bachelor's Degree (any field)
- Hands-on experience in a similar role (content creator, writer, project manager)
- Strong empathy with what audience/users want on different platforms
- Highly goal-driven and work well in fast-paced environments.
- Excellent communicator and problem-solving skills
- Adept at building relationships and liaising with multiple stakeholders and thriving in matrix environments.
