Objectives of the Role
- Collaborate with managers and clients to define clear project goals, scope, and requirements aligned with organizational priorities.
- Manage and coordinate internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure projects stay on schedule, within budget, and aligned with defined objectives.
- Monitor project progress and proactively adjust scope, resources, or timelines as needed to achieve the best possible outcomes.
- Assign tasks and responsibilities based on team members’ strengths and expertise.
- Support team development by sharing knowledge and helping build key skill sets.
- Uphold company standards and best practices while working toward project and organizational success.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the full project lifecycle, ensuring all elements are well-organized and aligned with timelines and deliverables.
- Maintain a project performance database to track milestones and overall progress.
- Efficiently allocate and monitor resources to optimize project performance and deliverables.
- Identify potential risks, report progress, and escalate issues when necessary, in line with the project plan.
- Act as a central point of communication between internal teams and external partners.
- Strengthen relationships with third-party vendors, consultants, and other external collaborators.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in project coordination or a similar role
- Demonstrated ability to work with cross-functional teams and clients
- Strong communication skills, including written, verbal, and presentation abilities
- Proven experience working across all levels of a corporate environment
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent
