Job description for Project Coordinator at STYLE ID PTE LTD
About the Role
We are looking for a responsible and enthusiastic Project Coordinator to join our interior design & renovation team.
This is a hands-on, site-based role where you will work closely with our Interior Designers, contractors and suppliers to ensure renovation projects run smoothly from start to handover.
No prior renovation experience is required, training will be provided. We are looking for someone who is willing to learn, takes responsibility and has a genuine interest in the interior design and renovation industry.
Key Responsibilities
• Review and understand project contracts, ID drawings, specifications and agreed renovation items.
• Coordinate and monitor day-to-day site activities with contractors and suppliers.
• Ensure works are carried out according to the agreed design, drawings and project schedule.
• Monitor project progress and follow up on outstanding works, deliveries and rectification.
• Identify potential site issues, delays or discrepancies and highlight them to the Interior Designer.
• Coordinate different trades on-site to ensure a smooth workflow.
• Conduct regular site checks and provide progress updates to the Interior Designer.
• Assist with homeowner enquiries relating to site progress and non-design-related matters.
• Coordinate defect rectification and outstanding works.
• Assist with project handover to the homeowner.
Requirements
• Fresh graduates or candidates with minimal working experience are welcome to apply.
• No prior interior design or renovation experience is required. Training will be provided.
• Able to read and communicate in English.
• Genuine interest in the interior design and renovation industry.
• Willing to learn and develop practical knowledge through on-site training.
• Responsible, reliable and committed to completing assigned tasks.
• Proactive and willing to take initiative.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Good attention to detail and follow-up skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willing to travel to different project sites across Singapore.
