Job description for Project Coordinator at U.Build Pte Ltd
Responsibilities
- Doing of quotation and costing for management approval
- Coordinate with the drafting department with regards to the preparation/ submission/ approval of shop and as-built drawings
- Maintaining and monitoring project plans, project schedules, work hours, budgets and expenditures.
- Liaising and coordinating with suppliers/ sub-contractors.
- Attend site progress meeting sub-contractor, ensure that all works are in schedule and carried out in accordance to the approval drawings.
- Ensuring that all assigned Projects are following scheduled timelines.
- Handle handovers upon projects completions and follow up with Clients thereafter.
- Any other duties that may be assigned.
- Providing administrative support as needed.
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned from time to time from director
Requirements
- A qualification in construction industry experiences is preferred.
- Minimum 2 years relevant experience in construction background.
- Familiarity with construction methods and the building codes
- Effective communication skills including verbal, written and presentation skills
- Establish good business relationship with clients
- Able to multi-task and arrange works efficiently
