As the regional HQ for Asia, our growing team is seeking to hire a Project Coordinator who will be providing support to consultants and clients in organizing our projects and programs. This task involves formatting, editing training materials and presentation decks, administering online assessments and manage virtual training sessions.
· Collaborate with consultants in preparing all necessary presentation and workshop materials
· Assist consultants in a producer role for client training on virtual platforms
· Assure quality in all materials
· Coordinate and administer online assessments
· Coordinate materials with product development team
· Format & edit PowerPoint presentations
· Create program participant materials (InDesign)
· Professionally communicate with clients during assigned projects
· Assist with various internal projects
· Support RBL sales and business development efforts
· Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree
· Only Singaporeans and PR
· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
· Fresh graduates and mid-career professionals are welcomed to apply
· Advanced skills in Adobe InDesign software
· Editing experience preferred
· Good interpersonal and team skills
· Great communication skills
· Problem-solving ability
