Job description
Requirements:
  • Bachelor Degree or Diploma in Engineering Majors or equivalent
  • Fresh Graduate are welcome
  • Detailed, accurate, and on time in work output
  • Familiar with Office application (MS Excel)
  • Good command in English
Responsibilities :
  • Assisting Sales Unit in maintaining efficient technical administration (eg. Project Contract)
  • Planning and maintainance delivery order with factory, vendor and 3rd party.
  • Support secretarial job within department.
  • Manage documentation or filling system
Note:
  • Placement in Pancoran, Jakarta Selatan
  • PKWT / Contract for 6 months
  • As temporary staff who replacing Maternity Leave
