This internship is a programs position where you’ll be able to explore two key areas: Program Design and Program Support.
Program Design focuses on optimising curriculum effectiveness through good design. Roles and Responsibilities
As a programs intern, you will also be able to build rapport and support learners through both their learning and career development journeys. You’ll assist in Hatch’s outreach and engagement work across a range of consumer and business profiles as well as the alignment of Hatch’s curriculum with national upskilling frameworks. On top of that, you’ll also be in-charge of collecting data from learners and companies to track and measure outcomes and identify avenues to improve the effectiveness, curriculum design and delivery of programs.

Through this internship, you will learn how to:
1) Understand and carry out impact and outcome assessments
2) Gain experience in associated job responsibilities such as curriculum design, job coaching, and stakeholder management
3) Participate in the curriculum improvement process, including developing goals, objectives and processes
indicating the role you are applying for and your period of availability for the internship. Do note that only shortlisted candidates that are able to commit for at least 6 months will be contacted.
