Job description for Product Support at Tada
The Company
TADA (usetada.com) help businesses to improve sustainability by retaining their customer better. It is an end-to-end customer retention platform that brings together customer data and behavior from online and offline channels to launch and manage a revenue-centric retention program. Established in 2012, present in several countries in Southeast Asia. Our mission is to build a truly global product that helps businesses to double their profit per customer. The Role : Product Support
- Gather client's program requirement from project management team
- Create program for our client in backoffice dashboard
- Handle change request program from the clients
- Coordinate with internal team to fulfill client's program needs
- Test the program and ensure there is no mistake
This role requires:
- Graduated with bachelor degree from reputable local & overseas universities with Technology/Engineering/Business Background are preferred.
- GPA minimum of 3.5 out of 4.0
- Good Communication Skill
- Great attention to detail
- Familiar with Microsoft Office, Google docs and other relevant tools.
- Able to create an engaging and insightful report using PowerPoint & Excel.
- Leadership experience in leading projects within an organization is preferred.
