Job description for Product Specialist - Medical Device & Modular Operating Theatre at PT EDISON DUTA SARANA

Kualifikasi:

Pendidikan D3/S1 Keperawatan, Biomedis, Teknik Elektromedik atau Kesehatan Masyarakat.
Fresh Graduate atau berpengalaman 1–3 tahun sebagai Product Specialist Medical Device atau posisi teknis di bidang alat kesehatan (lebih baik).
Mampu melakukan presentasi dan training secara profesional.
Memahami regulasi dasar alat kesehatan dan prosedur di rumah sakit.
Komunikatif, persuasif, dan mampu bekerja sama dengan tim.
Bersedia melakukan perjalanan dinas.

Tugas & Tanggungjawab:

Menyusun materi edukasi, presentasi, dan modul pelatihan untuk tenaga medis atau tim internal.
Memberikan presentasi, demo produk, dan pelatihan kepada dokter, perawat, teknisi medis, serta tim sales.
Melakukan pendampingan penggunaan produk di rumah sakit/klinik (on-site support).
Memberikan solusi atas permasalahan teknis terkait produk.
Melakukan troubleshooting dan koordinasi dengan tim teknis atau principal.
Memastikan semua unit produk berfungsi sesuai standar keselamatan medis.
Mendampingi tim sales saat presentasi atau tender untuk menjelaskan aspek teknis.
Menjadi konsultan teknis ketika proses bidding/pengadaan di institusi kesehatan.
Menyampaikan feedback dari user untuk pengembangan produk ke principal atau manajemen
