Job description for Product Planning Inventory Control (PPIC) at Sakha Coffee Roastery
QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum education: D3/S1 in Management, Accounting, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience as a PPIC, Production Planning, or Inventory Control professional. Experience in the Food & Beverage or FMCG industry is a plus.
- Knowledge of production planning, inventory control, MRP, and BOM.
- Understanding of manufacturing processes, including roasting, grinding, and packing.
- Familiarity with warehouse management, supply chain, FIFO/FEFO, and basic quality management.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and ERP/WMS systems (experience is a plus).
- Analytical, detail-oriented, organized, proactive, collaborative, and results-driven.
JOB DESCRIPTIONS
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules based on forecasts and purchase orders.
- Calculate raw material and packaging requirements using BOM and MRP.
- Monitor inventory levels, safety stock, and reorder points.
- Coordinate with Production, Warehouse, Purchasing, Sales, and Quality Control teams.
- Track production progress, work orders, delays, and material usage.
- Maintain accurate production and inventory records and reports.
- Identify opportunities to reduce waste, idle time, and overproduction.
